Gift vouchers
If you would like to use a gift voucher to cover the deposit amount, please give us a call on 03 9525 9127 with your voucher number handy.
Credit card payments in the restaurant attract a fee. A 10 percent service fee will be added to the final bill of all bookings for six or more guests. A 15 percent surcharge will be added to the final bill for all bookings on Victorian public holidays.
Dietary requirements
With advance notice, we can cater to all dietary requirements. Please reach out to advise us of your specifics at least 72 hours before your reservation by email at info@tulumrestaurant.com.au. Alternatively, leave a note in the comments section when you book – or call us on 03 9525 9127.
Children at Tulum
Children are more than welcome to dine with us, but we can’t reduce the menu size or price. Please include children in the total number of your booking.
Infants under 12 months old can be seated in their parents’ laps and don’t need to be reserved a seat.
Limited space within the dining room means we can’t accommodate prams or highchairs.
Reservation terms and conditions
Thanks for making it this far.
We require a deposit of $50 per person at the time of booking (for groups of 5+), which will be deducted from the total cost of your bill at the end of your evening with us. This deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation due to a change of mind (including errors when making bookings online and changes in personal circumstances) or in the event of a no-show. If you need to change the time or date of your booking, or add extra guests, you can do so up to 48 hours before your reservation via the ‘change’ button on your booking confirmation email or by contacting the restaurant via email or phone. Please note, due to logistical juggling we may need up to seven days’ notice for tables of six or more, especially during peak periods such as public holidays and weekends.
Please let us know if someone in your party can no longer make it to the restaurant. If the change to your table is made more than 48 hours before your reservation (or seven days prior in the cases of tables of six or more), the deposit paid for guest(s) no longer attending will be deducted from your final bill.
If the number of people in your booking reduces within 48 hours of a reservation (or seven days for a booking of six or more), then the deposit paid for the guests no longer attending will be forfeited and can’t be used towards the final bill.
